Loretta Saff in the News

The math of retirement can be daunting - and no, I'm not talking about money. I'm talking about "What am I going to do with all of this time I now have?" Something that helps solve this equation is to talk to your spouse about your retirement plans. What is your idea of retirement? What is theirs? This simple conversation can be life changing! Check out my segment with Larissa Wohl and Laura Schweizer on WKRN's Local on 2 to find out why.

Valentine's Day may look a little different when you're retired, but it can still be about love and connection. Thank you to Larissa Wohl and Laura Schweizer from WKRN’s Local on 2 for inviting me to share my tips on how to bring joy to yourself and others this Valentine's Day.

I had a lot of fun joining Larissa and Laura on WKRN's Local on 2! Check out the interview to learn how to make the most out of retirement. I'll give you a hint - it doesn't just mean having your 401k in order!
One of the most important hints I offer for creating a successful retirement is having a positive attitude. Check out my segment with Larissa Wohl and Laura Schweizer on WKRN's Local on 2 when we celebrated The International Day of Happiness (March 20th) to learn how you can Make Happy a Habit!

There's so much more to consider in retirement than just your finances or taking a vacation. I had the pleasure of returning to WKRN's Local on 2 to offer five of my Ten Great Tips for a Successful Retirement.

Spending time involved in activities that YOU truly enjoy and that make you feel fulfilled is the key to success on the journey. But how do you find out what is out there? I hope these videos help.
